Ponderosa High Teen Faces Child Porn Charges For Sharing Image Of Underage Naked Female

SHINGLE SPRINGS (CBS13) — A second incident of what sheriff's investigators are calling child pornography has been found at Ponderosa High School.

The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office says a juvenile male student was showing photos on Tuesday of an underage female who had posed for the pictures.

The teen had reportedly also touched another female student inappropriately on Monday.

The 16-year-old was arrested and booked into juvenile hall on charges of possession of child pornography and sexual battery.

Last week, two teens at the school were arrested and accused of making and distributing a sex tape. Investigators say a girl engaged in sex acts with a boy from school, both minors, while another underage boy filmed it.
