Woman Arrested After Shooting In Grass Valley
GRASS VALLEY (CBS13) – Police say a woman is in custody after a shooting in Grass Valley early Wednesday afternoon.
The scene was at a home along the 300 block of N. Church Street. According to the Grass Valley Police Department, officers responded to the home just after noon after a report of a disturbance.
At the scene, officers found a man who had been shot in the leg. He was taken to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center to be treated.
A woman was identified as the suspect. Police quickly arrested her along the 200 block of Richardson Street and do not believe there are any other suspects in the case.
It is unclear what led up to the shooting.
