Wind Picks Up Tents At Galt Flea Market, Injuring Nearly A Dozen People

GALT (CBS13) — Several people were injured when a tent fell at a flea market on Wednesday.

Fire crews say the wind picked up and moved some of the tents, injuring up to 11 people.

CBS13's Dave Bender says a gust of around 45 mph was found in the area.

All are being treated for minor injuries.

Vendors say they lost thousands of dollars in business between damaged property and lost sales.
