LIST: NFL TOP 5/BOTTOM 5

Another week has wrapped up in the NFL and it is time once again to put out the latest edition of Top 5/Bottom 5 in football.

Bottom 5:

28.  San Francisco 49ers: The 49ers have been regulars in the bottom 5.  The once proud franchise is in need of a major overhaul.

29.  San Diego Chargers:  San Diego won this past week but they still don't escape the bottom 5.  Imagine how bad they would be if they didn't have Phillip Rivers?

30.  Dallas Cowboys:  Injuries have kept them from having the season they expected but we still have to put them near the bottom.

31.  Tennessee Titans:  A tough holding call late against them allowed the Raiders to complete the comeback.  The Titans still have a long way to go.

32.  Cleveland Browns:  The worst record in the NFL and no real hope at QB is about as bad as it gets.

Top 5:

5.  Denver Broncos: In Brock we trust.  Denver has used Brock Osweiler perfectly and he has responded with back to back wins.  Their defense stays strong and they remain in the top 5.

4.  Arizona Cardinals:  They weren't their strongest this last weekend against San Francisco but the Cardinals have really good balance on offense and defense.

3.  Cincinnati Bengals:  Cincinnati is looking to finish the regular season strong.  The organization's patience with Marvin Lewis over the years is finally starting to pay off.

2.  New England Patriots:  For the first time this season, I move the Pats out of the top spot after New England's first loss.  Injuries may keep them from coming back to the top but they will be supremely difficult to face come the post-season.

1 . Carolina Panthers: Cam and the Panthers are destroying all comers so far including Dallas on the road on Thanksgiving.  Now the question is , when will they lose?
