Woman Caught On Camera Throwing Small Dog To The Ground
FAIRFIELD (CBS13) – Police in Fairfield are investigating a case of possible animal abuse caught on surveillance video.
The video appears to show a woman holding onto a small dog by the neck before she throws the dog to the ground.
The dog is seen flipping over before a man picks it up.
The video was posted on Facebook on Dec. 19. Since then, it's been viewed more than 46,000 times.
Fairfield Police issued a statement about the incident, saying:
"If anyone witnessed the event please contact us. We are also interested in speaking to the person who recorded the video so we can thoroughly investigate the case."
