2 People Arrested On Attempted Kidnapping Charges In Stockton
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Police in Stockton are investigating an attempted kidnapping.
The victim, a 32-year-old woman, was walking to her car near California and Park streets around 11 a.m. Sunday when four people approached her. One of them tried to pull her into the car, but she was able to break free and run off, according to a Stockton Police Department statement.
Two of the four suspects are in custody. Brandon Staples, 33, was found nearby. They also arrested 40-year-old Natasha Perryman.
The suspects are facing charges of false imprisonment and other related charges.
