Overturned Big Rig Partially Blocks Highway 99 At Dillard Road

(CBS13) - Northbound Highway 99 just south of Elk Grove was partially blocked by a big rig that crashed into the center divider and overturned on Tuesday morning.
The FedEx big rig hauling a trailer crashed around 7:30 a.m. and resulted in a complete blockage of northbound lanes. It's unknown what factors led to the crash.
The driver suffered minor injuries, according to Michael Bradley, a CHP spokesperson.
Traffic was being diverted off of the highway at Arno Road.
Drivers were advised to exit the highway at Twin Cities Road and head west to Bruceville Road as an alternate route.
