1 Dead In Shooting Near Stockton Movie Theater

STOCKTON (CBS13) — Stockton Police are investigating a shooting the left one person dead near a movie theater on Wednesday.

The shooting happened on the 6200 block of West Lane, near the Holiday Cinema 8. Police say the victim was shot outside the parking lot of the movie theater, and he traveled in his vehicle into the parking lot, where he crashed. He was pronounced dead.

This is the second shooting in the area in the last two months. A shooting in December sent audiences fleeing after they thought the shots were fired inside. That victim was found uninjured.
