Suspect In Critical Condition After Being Shot By Officer In Modesto
MODESTO (CBS13) - Authorities say a suspect is in critical condition after an officer-involved shooting in Modesto Sunday evening.
The incident happened near Prescott Avenue and Plaza Parkway.
Modesto Police say an officer opened fire and one man was hurt. That man has been taken to the hospital.
No officers were hurt in the incident, police say.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident. At this time, it is unclear what led up to the person being shot.
