Man Run Over By Semi-Truck At Vegas Hard Rock Hotel-Casino

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities say a man has been hospitalized in critical condition after he was run over by a semi-truck at the Hard Rock hotel-casino near the Las Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas police say the crash happened about 7:45 a.m. Monday in the loading docks of the off-Strip hotel-casino.

A 2014 Freightliner tractor truck parked in the parking lot apparently drove over the man found lying under the vehicle.

The unidentified man was taken to the trauma center at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with critical injuries.
The Hard Rock said the person hurt was not an employee or guest of the hotel-casino.

The 62-year-old California woman driving the truck hasn't been charged as police investigate the circumstances.
