7-Day Forecast Calls For No Rain In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - We're looking at a dry rest of the week as rain and snow taper off in the Sierra and Foothills on Monday.

In past 24 hours, the Sacramento region received 1/4-1/2 inch of rain.

Truckee and S. Lake Tahoe are seeing the strongest wind gusts, which are expected to die down Monday afternoon.

The low-pressure ridge is building back in tonight, making temperatures rise. In the valley, temperatures will be in the 60s, but will reach the 70s on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The Sacramento region will not receive any rain in the next 7 days.
