Firefighters: Molotov Cocktail Thrown At Stockton Home

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Authorities are investigating a suspicious fire in Stockton.

The Stockton Fire Department confirming a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a home along the 2000 block of El Dorado Street early Friday morning.

A neighbor says that police were at the home due to a disturbance earlier in the morning.

Shortly after they left, fire erupted from the roof of the home.

Firefighters say the Molotov cocktail was thrown at the porch, but it is unclear if it's what caused the fire.

Both the fire department and Stockton Police are investigating the incident as a possible arson.
