Train Hits Big Rig In South Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A train and big rig collided on railroad tracks near Fruitridge and Power Inn roads on Wednesday.
No one appears to have been injured in the crash, but it left behind a large mess.
The big rig was traveling westbound on Power Inn Road when the train rolled through and sheared off the trailer. It was carrying potatoes and yams.
