Warning Issued To Stockton Woman Caught On Video Walking Dog Alongside Car

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Animal services has issued a warning to a Stockton woman caught driving with a dog leashed to her car.

Officials say they spoke with her husband. He said she walks the dog that way because she doesn't feel safe in the neighborhood.

They warned she could face criminal charges if she's caught again.

On Sunday, a woman recorded this video of her driving with the dog leashed to the car.

She also apparently had a child unbuckled in the passenger seat.
