Police Investigating Rollover Crash In South Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Authorities are saying that speed and alcohol look to be factors in a three-car crash early Friday morning.

The scene was near 20th Street and Florin Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene just after 3:30 a.m.

A Sacramento police lieutenant says that a white SUV was traveling westbound on Florin Road when it hit a gold Acura that was trying to make a left-hand turn onto 21st Street.

The impact of the crash caused the SUV to slam into a light pole and also hit a Jeep Cherokee which was parked at a stop sign on the frontage road.

Police say one person has been arrested for failing a field sobriety test. A passenger of the Acura has been transported to the hospital.
