South Sacramento Shooting Leaves One Man Dead

SACRAMENTO (CBS13)- Sacramento Sheriff's Department are investigating a shooting that ended with a fatality on the 8300 block of Fintown Court at 11PM lastnight.

Lieutenant Jason Ramos told us, when deputies arrived to the call location they found the 20-year-old man with trauma to his head, he was unresponsive to their lifesaving measures and was pronounced dead on scene.

Deputies say several people who were on scene at the time have been detained for investigation but their relationship to the victim is unknown.

Deputies are still investigating the incident and ask for anyone with information regarding this incident to call Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
