Free Entrance At National Parks To Celebrate Centennial

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS13) – The National Park Service is celebrating one hundred years by offering free entry Thursday through Sunday for all of its parks across the country.

The Golden Gate National Recreation Area is celebrating at 5 p.m. with free hot chocolate and storytelling at the Presidio.

And at Yosemite, the park's hosting a hike to the top of the dome today – along with horse-drawn stage coach rides and tours of frontier artifacts at the Pioneer History Center.
