Third Teen Accused In Paintball Shooting Outside Stockton Gay Nightclub

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say they have made a third arrest in connection to a paintball attack outside of a Stockton gay nightclub.

Austin Richardson, 18, was arrested on Monday in connection to the June 12 incident at Paradise Club in Stockton. Patrons reported being shot at with paintballs that night.

The shooting happened the same night that dozens of people were killed at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla. Police have said the incidents are unrelated.

Another suspect in the Paradise Club incident, 19-year-old Brandon Staples, was arrested back in June. A 16-year-old was also arrested.
