Single Mom Dresses Up As Man To Attend Donuts With Dad Event

A social media post from a single mom who wanted her son to attend a boys-only event has gained a lot of attention.

Single mom Yevette Vasquez wrote on her Facebook page last week that she noticed a bunch of cars when she dropped off her son Elijah at his school. Elijah told her that it was "Donuts with Dad".

"So we quickly went back home cause I wasn't about to let him miss out..... I know seeing other dads with there [sic] kids isn't easy for mine but its life, at least I can do whatever it takes to put a smile on that face," she wrote.

Yvetted decided to get creative and dress up like a man. To pull off her look, she took off her makeup, put on a plaid button-up shirt, tucked her hair under a Texas Rangers baseball cap, and, to top it all off, sported a fake mustache.
