Ceres Police Searching For Boy Abducted By Father
CERES (CBS13) — Ceres Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 2-year-old boy who was abducted by his biological father.
Investigators say Pioquinto Carranza, 37, of Modesto, walked into the Stanislaus County Social Services Building where his saw his 2-year-old son Kayden Carranza on Aug. 30. He then convinced the legal guardian of the child to let him take him outside for a diaper change and never returned.
Carranza lost custody after a search warrant found guns and drugs at a Ceres home in December 2015.
Police say he may be driving a grey 2013 Dodge Dart and may be in the San Francisco area or heading to Mexico.
