Power Knocked Out To Nearly 10,000 In Natomas, Rio Linda Area

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Nearly 10,000 people lost power on Tuesday afternoon as an outage spread throughout the area, affecting shopping centers in the area.

The outage affecting 9,779 people started at 2:14 p.m. and is expected to be restored by 3:25 p.m.

The cause is unknown, but Sacramento Metro Fire says a barn fire in Rio Linda is likely not the cause.
