Suspect Arrested For 'Credible' Threat Against California Capitol
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A person has been arrested after a credible threat against the state Capitol on Tuesday.
The threat came from outside and the Capitol itself was never put on lockdown.
Police have not indicated what threats were made.
Authorities later identified the person arrested as 20-year-old Cody James Moore. He was arrested in Carmichael, authorities say.
Moore faces charges of threats to elected officials and criminal threats.
