Sacramento Fire Crews Slowed By Hard-To-Find Front Door

SOUTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Fire crews had a tough time accessing a morning fire at an apartment on Thursday.

Firefighters were slowed when they couldn’t find the front door of the duplex on McAllister Avenue near Freeport Boulevard. When they did get in, it was difficult to maneuver inside the home because there was so much stuff inside.

Even with the delay, the fire was contained to one unit.

Two people inside were able to get out safely.
