Sacramento Kings Sign Jersey Sponsorship Deal With Blue Diamond Almonds

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Blue Diamond logo will appear on Sacramento Kings jerseys starting in the 2017-18 season, the team announced on Monday.

Financial terms of the sponsorship deal were not disclosed.

The deal will also put the company's logo on the court apron below the benches, and Blue Diamond beverages will be available at the arena.

The NBA announced it will start allowing teams to start placing advertisements on jerseys. The Philadelphia 76ers were the first to strike a deal in May with a sponsorship with Stubhub.
