BREAKING: Sacramento Police Officer Arrested For Possession

SACRAMENTO(CBS13)- A Sacramento police officer was arrested last night on four counts of possession while being searched for evidence of prostitution.

An interview this morning with Sacramento Police Chief Brian Louie revealed an ongoing investigation from an outside agency on Officer Isaac Knutila regarding prostitution since October 13th.

When Sacramento police officers arrived to Knutila's home last night with a search warrant they found Knutila in possession of his  department issued firearm along with narcotics.

Chief Louie says officer Knutila was arrested for one felony count of unlawful possession of controlled substance and loaded firearm, four misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of controlled substances (A &B), possession of marijuana- more than 1 ounce and possession of narcotics and specified non-narcotics.

Officer Knutila was arrested and booked into Sacramento County Jail.
