Report: Matt Barnes, DeMarcus Cousins Face Possible Lawsuit Over Nightclub Fight
A lawsuit is planned against DeMarcus Cousins and Matt Barnes, according to multiple reports.
The pair of Sacramento Kings players were allegedly in an altercation inside a New York nightclub early in the morning on Monday.

TMZ Sports says the lawsuit alleges Barnes approached one of the alleged victims and began to choke her. The other alleged victim tried to intervene when Cousin punched him in the face. The suit also claims Barnes knocked the woman unconscious and the male victim was "kicked and punched in the head and body" by Barnes and Cousins.
The New York Daily News reports the women will hold a press conference with their lawyer on Thursday.
The rep for the victims states the fight was a "vicious and unprovoked attack."
The police have not issued a warrant for Cousins or Barnes.
