In the first hour of the Lo-Down the guys start by talking about the Oakland Raiders loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football. They covered how the loss will effect the Raiders postseason run, and how they will finish the season. To end the hour the guys bring Amy Trask for their weekly talk about the NFL, Professional Teams front office decisions, and the coldest game Amy has ever been to. All that and more on The Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140 KHTK daily from 12-3PM.

In the second hour of the show the guys give an update on the Matt Barnes situation and then go into "Three The Hard Way." Next, they discuss who is better setup for long term success, the Oakland Raiders or the Dallas Cowboys.
