Man Struck, Killed While Changing Tire On Interstate 80

ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — A man was struck and killed while changing his tire on Interstate 80, the California Highway Patrol said on Wednesday.

The man, who is around 40 years old, was changing the tire on his Dodge Durango when a vehicle drifted onto the shoulder, killing the man and hitting the Durango.

Brandon Rotollo, 25, is being evaluated for possibly driving under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
