Man Shot In South Sacramento Standoff

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man was taken to the hospital following a shooting in South Sacramento.

Sacramento Police say bail bondsmen were trying to contact someone in the area of Bellini Way and 50th Avenue in South Sacramento.

Investigators say an officer opened fire at one point, wounding the suspect.

No officers were wounded in the shooting.
