Modesto Market Loses Liquor License After Allegedly Selling Alcohol To Minors
MODESTO (CBS13) – A Modesto market has lost its liquor license for allegedly selling alcohol to minors.
Agents from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control suspended the license of the Midway Market on Thursday.
ABC says the store sold alcohol to minors multiple times within a one-year period.
No new liquor license will be issued to businesses at that location for at least a year.
