Horseback Rider Rescued After 50-Foot Fall From Cliff Near American River
AUBURN (CBS13) – A woman who was riding a horse along the American River, then fell down a 50-foot cliff, has been rescued.
Cal Fire says the woman and the horse fell down an embankment in the Auburn area near Quarry Road on Wednesday.
Rescue crews were able to save both the woman and the horse.
Both were uninjured.
