Arrest Made In May Stockton Homicide
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say they have arrested a suspect in the killing of a 45-year-old man in Stockton.
The killing happened back on May 26 along the 8100 block of Palisades Drive. A man named Everett Johnson, 45, died in the incident.
Thursday, the US Marshal's Task Force arrested 41-year-old Jonte Murray in connection to the killing. Police say he was found near March Lane and Interstate 5.
Murray is now facing homicide charges. He has been booked into San Joaquin County Jail.
