If you would like to request an appearance by one of our anchors or reporters at your event, please email Diana Penna, Director, Special Station Community Projects, at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. Title of event
2. Organizer of the event (i.e. charity, chamber, etc)
3. Location, date and start time of event
4. Duties required of on-air talent (i.e. speech on volunteerism, emcee a Gala, moderate a panel)
5. Time commitment required
6. Specific anchor/reporter in mind (we will do our best to accommodate a specific on air staff member)
7. Has someone from our television stations participated in your event in past years? If so, who and when?
8. Are any other media companies involved? If so, who?
Also, we get many requests for our on-air talent to make appearances, so the earlier you make the request, the better! Your request will be submitted, and you will receive an answer in a timely manner if we have someone available.
