mortgage tax from freddie mac loan program
I heard from the news last night (2/6/12) that there is a hidden mortgage tax of $15/month in Freddic Mac and Fannie Mae’s loan program for the life of the loan. Can you repeat that information for my lender whom I am doing a refinancing with. Thanks!
