To file my CA Unemployment claim, the phone system directs me to the www.edd.ca.gov website by the online application will not accept my SS#. My SS# has not changed and I have not been issued a different number to use. So, I have no way to file my claim. Can you help?

The best way is to send them an E-mail.
The EDD Website did allow me to print the claim and the printed PDF form has the fax number for faxing it in. I faxed it in a 5:00 pm a week ago friday. You say I can email to EDD. Then, I will try that tomorrow to hopefully follow up on my claim.
