Nothing and I mean nothing has haunted me like this story. Besides it is happening in MY neighborhood, just the thought of this little precious baby being shot while sitting in his car seat, broke my heart, it really did and the thought that they were not able to find the killer..until now!! .Gawd !!!! Home invasion robbery…are you KIDDING me? Hat’s off to the fine police and the detective’s that never gave up when it went to a cold case….Once again prayers to the Mother of this child and the family of the father.

thank you Kathy for your compassion for the victims in this case. The wheels of justice are finally turning and although stressful we are happy and hopeful.

I’m with you Kathy. This story has frustrated me for years. When I first heard this story I had two very young children and it broke my heart to know that there was someone out there so evil they could take the life of an innocent, precious child. Not just a baby, but also his father who was someones son and loved one. This was so horrible. I actually had requested information on this case earlier this year to find out if the criminals had been caught. My response then was no, but from reading your post it looks like they found someone. Can you post a link to where I can read this information?

Hi there…I will gladly share with you everything I know. I read it in my morning newspaper ~ Sacramento Bee~ on Tuesday October 11, 2010, Region section… alot of people ( 68 to be exact) expressed their feelings on SacBee.com that morning…there is also a picture of the man( monster) they arrested. I hope and pray for the families that justice will be served. It will not bring these two people back but it does bring some type of closure to a very hard time. I too had to live threw a murder trial this year, everyone was found guilty, but we will never be the same but it does bring somewhat a tiny bit of closure to know these two murders that I was involved with will never hurt another person/son. I will be following this killing that actually happened in my neighborhood very closely, brings instant tears to my eye’s when I think of that baby being shot in the head. Evil…thats what those thigs are…anyway…dont get me going LOL Prayers and strength to the families.
