A%20small%20army%20of%20firefighters%20continued%20to%20battle%20the%20wildfire%20in%20Placer%20County%20on%20Friday%20as%20the%20effort%20stretched%20into%20its%20third%20day.

The%20weather%20Friday%20is%20expected%20to%20be%20significantly%20cooler%20than%20the%20triple%20digits%20of%20the%20past%20two%20days%2C%20but%20strong%20winds%20could%20pose%20a%20problem%20for%20firefighters.

Firefighters%20battle%20the%20Robbers%20Fire%20from%20the%20air.

There%20are%201%2C800%20personnel%20working%20the%20fire%2C%20focusing%20on%20the%20area%20around%20Yankee%20Jims%20Road%20and%20the%20community%20of%20Iowa%20Hill.%20No%20structures%20have%20been%20damaged%20yet%20but%20150%20homes%20have%20been%20evacuated%2C%20affecting%20about%20300%20people.%20

The%20Red%20Cross%20moved%20its%20evacuation%20center%20on%20Friday%20afternoon%20from%20the%20Veterans%20Memorial%20Hall%20in%20Forestill%20to%20the%20high%20school%2C%20located%20at%2023319%20Foresthill%20Road.%20Residents%20displaced%20by%20the%20fire%20can%20go%20there%20for%20food%2C%20shelter%20and%20counseling%20services.%20The%20larger%20high%20school%20site%20also%20has%20showers%20available.
