200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last known to reside in the 2800 block of Perktel Street in Sacramento. On March 6, 2013, he allegedly accosted the victim and stole her cell phone. He then pulled a knife as if to slash her tires, and when she attempted to stop him, he strangled her and stole a necklace. (source: Sacramento P.D.)
