The 24-year-old Roseville man arrested for allegedly abusing players enrolled in the basketball academy run out of his home has been arrested for the second time in two months, but this time for fraud.
Roseville police on Friday were called back out to the home where a man is accused of abusing players enrolled in his fledgling basketball academy.
A 24-year-old Roseville man was arrested Wednesday night and accused of abusing three teenagers and young man enrolled in his basketball academy.
