CHP: FedEx Truck Driver At Fault In Orland Crash That Killed 10, Injured 39

A CHP investigation into a 2014 crash involving a tour bus and a FedEx truck in Orland has concluded the driver was at fault and that roadway conditions and mechanical failures of the truck did not contribute to the crash.
