Hostess Fails To Reach Deal With Union; Liquidation Hearing To Continue
Hostess said late Tuesday that it failed to reach an agreement with and its second biggest union. As a result, the company will continue with a hearing on Wednesday in which a bankruptcy court judge will decide if the company can liquidate.
Hostess Threatens To Liquidate If Striking Workers Don’t Return
If striking Hostess Brand employees don’t return to work Thursday, the company says it will file a motion to liquidate on Friday.
