A 9-year-old boy is bringing the city of Lodi together as Delta Blood Bank held a replacement blood drive in his name Saturday.
Ryan Morales, 28, originally faced six counts of second-degree murder and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
Ryan Morales, 28, will make his court appearance on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. It was previously believed that he would be arraigned remotely from his hospital bed.
