NFC Championship Game
The 3 big names dealing with injuries heading into the NFC Championship Game could all play. The 49ers figure to have both Carlos Rogers and Will Tukuafu ready to go, while Seattle’s Percy Harvin is a big question mark and will remain so up until kickoff.
The team has taken heat for excluding fans with billing addresses in California from purchasing tickets to Sunday’s game between the Seahawks and San Francisco.
The team limited ticket sales for its game against the San Francisco 49ers to buyers with billing addresses in the northwest, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, shutting out Californians.
As a 49ers fan, you might want to go to this weekend’s NFC Championship game between the Niners and Seahawks on Sunday, January 19 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington, but thanks to the Seahawks, Niner fans have been banned from buying tickets.
The Carolina Panthers were thrilled to get the first-round bye in the NFL playoffs because it meant one less game between them and the Super Bowl. They were also very grateful for it because it allowed a number of players to fully heal up.
Both NFC teams have to be pleased with their injury status’ entering the biggest game of the season (so far). With no injuries forcing a player out of action, the NFC Championship will have both teams’ full roster on display. There is one defensive playmaker on each side that that will be less then 100% though, and this could be important in a game in which both teams will need as much help as possible to stop their opponent from scoring.
The man known for his two fumbles on punt returners in last years NFC Championship Game has returned this season to prove that he is able to contribute at the NFL level. Throughout his entire life he has had to work hard and earn his spot and after a great preseason is a bright spot on a team that is constantly looking for their next play maker.
