A man accused of threatening police officers was arrested right outside a market in Roseville – and it was all caught on tape.
A Roseville man has been arrested on allegations he mad threatening phone calls towards police.
CBS13 uncovered court documents showing he’s twice pleaded guilty to selling alcohol to minors, and he once pleaded no contest to misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charges. Records also show Hirani, who owns several smoke shops and convenience stores, has had his liquor license suspended for selling alcohol to minors.

The idea of the Three Monkeys moving into a vacant Rocklin storefront is unpopular with parents like Stephanie Mills because of what’s close by. The shop would be 800 feet from Breen Elementary, Rocklin High and Victory Continuing Education, and about 2,100 feet from Granite Oaks Middle School.

City leaders say they have worked hard to lure businesses, even lowering the permit fees and stressing Rocklin’s low crime rate and top-rated schools.
Police originally responded to a call about a vehicle theft, but found something different. Police say Davonte Cyrus, 22, along with another man and a woman, broke into the victims’ car with a hammer while they were in it.
Rocklin police have identified the motorcyclist who was killed in Rocklin on Sunday. Twenty-three-year-old David Andrew Wallin of Lincoln was killed in the crash just after 4 p.m. at Stanford Ranch Road and Cobblestone Drive.
