Team Grades: Once Again, Raiders Prove Coliseum Is No Easy Place To Win

The Oakland Raiders improved to 3-12 on the season with a 26-24 win over the Buffalo Bills at the Coliseum on Sunday. Yes, these 2014 Raiders may have found the secret formula to defending their home turf—finally.

Team Grades: Raiders Pull Off Big Upset, Prove They Don’t Need Harbaugh

No one outside the Oakland Raiders locker room thought they had a chance to win the Battle of the Bay in 2015, but that’s what happened Sunday at the Coliseum. The Silver & Black beat the San Francisco 49ers, 24-13, to win their second straight home game and improve their season record to 2-11.

Team Grades: Raiders Get A Big Fat ‘Fail’ In St. Louis

The 2014 Oakland Raiders had nothing on the field Sunday against the St. Louis Rams, as the Silver & Black couldn’t follow up their first win of the season with anything positive. The 52-0 loss in Week 13 was as bad as it gets in the modern-day NFL.

Team Grades: Any Given Thursday? Raiders Finally Win First Game Of 2014

The old adage is that on any given Sunday, the worst team in the league can beat the best team. Well, on Thursday night, the Oakland Raiders finally won their first game of the season, beating the Kansas City Chiefs at the Coliseum. Team Grades: Another “Almost” For The Raiders Against The Chargers

The Oakland Raiders fell to 0-10 this season with their 16th consecutive loss overall, dating back to 2013. The 13-6 loss to the San Diego Chargers on the road was a closely fought contest, with the Silver & Black having one last chance—late in the fourth quarter—to tie it up. But it was not to be.

Team Grades: Raiders Play Close Again, But No Win Yet

Overall, the Oakland Raiders played a solid game against one of the best teams in the NFL for the second week in a row. But the Silver & Black still don’t have a win in 2014, and that falls on the defense again. The offense is showing life; the defense just is painful to watch every time out.

Grades: Raiders Can’t Hold On In 4th Vs. Chargers

The 2014 Oakland Raiders cam every close to getting their first win of the season on Sunday. In fact, they held the lead in the second half for the first time all season. But in the end, the San Diego Chargers’ offense was too much for the Silver & Black’s defense, and the Chargers escaped with a 31-28 victory over the Raiders.

Studs & Duds: Raiders’ Bright Spots Hard To Find In 0-4 Start To Season

The Oakland Raiders have plenty of duds to explore so far in the young 2014 season, but it’s tough to find some studs in the debacle that has contributed to an 0-4 start to the year. The Silver & Black just don’t have much to highlight right now, which means it’s going to be a long season.
