California lawmakers have approved a “Yes means Yes” bill to bring sexual assault training to California high schools.
The victim told police her attacker grabbed her then chased her on Friday Night in the area of Cowell Boulevard and Drew Avenue. Investigators say she escaped through a nearby apartment complex.
