St. Louis Rams
The Oakland Raiders fell to 0-10 this season with their 16th consecutive loss overall, dating back to 2013. The 13-6 loss to the San Diego Chargers on the road was a closely fought contest, with the Silver & Black having one last chance—late in the fourth quarter—to tie it up. But it was not to be.
The Denver Broncos and St. Louis Rams are two teams heading in completely opposite directions, but sometimes that’s just the way the schedule falls. The Broncos don’t need a win this week, but want one. The Rams desperately need a win to try and save their season. CBS Sports’ Ian Eagle spoke about their upcoming game and looked at both sides of the spectrum.
1ST HOUR–1ST SEG The Sacramento Kings are officially hot. They beat the Trailblazers and the Clippers in a weekend, this truly was a breath of fresh air and we hit it. The Oakland Raiders lost […]
San Francisco had a chance late, but couldn’t get the job done, losing to St. Louis. It was the same story after a 49er loss where most of the team played a role. This time around though it was no fault of the defense.
James Laurinaitis and the St. Louis defense read Colin Kaepernick’s mannerisms and were perfectly prepared for his quarterback sneak.
Back in the calendar year of 1984, a whopping 30 years ago now, the then-Los Angeles Raiders and the Seattle Seahawks played two memorable AFC playoff games. The first in January 1984 saw the Raiders beat the Seahawks, and the second in December 1984 saw the tables turned as Seattle knocked out the defending Super Bowl champions.
The 0-7 Oakland Raiders travel to Seattle this weekend to take on the defending Super Bowl champions. And while the 4-3 Seahawks have already lost as many games as they did all of last year, they still are an opponent never to be taken lightly on their home field. Of course, the winless Silver & Black can’t take any team lightly these days as they look to snap a 13-game losing streak dating back to last season.
1ST HOUR–1ST SEG The weekend was not happy to us Norcal sports fans. The Oakland Raiders got beat by the Arizona Cardinals, Keith and Mike D went to that game. The 49ers got pounded by […]
1ST HOUR–1ST SEG Monday Night Football where the San Francisco 49ers torched the St. Louis Rams. We have both the ALCS and the NLCS going tonight due to the rain delay yesterday. Jameis Winston just […]
After falling behind early, the 49ers responded and beat the St. Louis Rams. The offense, defense and special teams all got involved in this latest win.
The 49ers will look to keep their winning streak alive when they go on the road this Sunday to take on the St. Louis Rams. San Francisco is the better team, but is playing a team that is familiar with them, and should give the 49ers all they can handle.
Including Sunday’s Week Five action, the San Diego Chargers are 4-1, the Denver Broncos are 3-1, and the Kansas City Chiefs are 2-3. Each team has a positive points differential, while the Oakland Raiders are 0-4 with a minus-52 differential. Yes, it’s going to be a long season for the Silver & Black.
