A’s Score 7 In Seventh To Beat Rays 8-2

Eric Sogard hit a tiebreaking two-run single as part of a seven-run seventh inning and the Oakland Athletics withstood another blown late lead by their bullpen to beat the Tampa Bay Rays 8-2 on Sunday.

Cabrera Doubles In 2 In 9th As Rays Beat A’s 5-4

Asdrubal Cabrera homered and then hit a two-run double in the ninth inning, and the Tampa Bay Rays rallied to beat the Oakland Athletics 5-4 on Saturday night.
