Ginger Elizabeth is a formally trained chocolatier who makes everything in her shop from scratch.  You can find chocolates infused with fresh peppermint, orange jasmine tea, passion fruit and more.  She hand makes her chocolate bars, some mixed with ingredients like toffee or key lime.  Many reviewers on "Yelp!" rave about the Salted Caramel Macaroons, Chocolate Bark and the Frozen Hot Chocolate.

This Old Sacramento favorite has been in business for 26 years.  You can smell the chocolate wafting out the doors of this shop where they make their own fudge, brittle and caramel-dipped apples among other things.  You can watch as employees make fudge or dip crisp apples in caramel, chocolate and sprinkles!
