Halloween is that time of year when people get to dress as whatever they want and let their imaginations soar. The kids eat too much candy and dentist bills skyrocket. But there’s no reason that only the kids get to have fun. Most important is the fact there are some incredible parties in Sacramento and its surrounding areas. The following five events will no doubt be the best places to find yourself during the last week in October. If you plan properly, you can attend more than one.
